Canada Student Grant for Students with Permanent Disabilities

Students with permanent disabilities that are registered for post-secondary education for 2022-23 may qualify for up to $4000 in government grants to cover the costs of their tuition and books. Guidance counsellors, resource teachers, parents, and adult family members will benefit from attending this session outlining the details of the Canada Student Grant for Students with Permanent Disabilities (CSG-PD) program.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn:

  • key information about the CSG-PD offered by the Canadian federal government to support students with permanent disabilities with post-secondary tuition and book costs.
  • about eligibility criteria and estimate student/family eligibility for the CGS-PD.
  • steps to apply for the CSG-PD, along with a suggested timeline for application
