The Single Sessions: Google Maps with VoiceOver

( View ASL )

VoiceOver can be a helpful feature to access Google Maps for blind as well as low vision students, especially when dealing with glare outside.

Designed to fit with individual student schedules, this session can be tailored to suit your student’s Google Map outcomes. Suggested topics include reviewing/learning VoiceOver gestures that work best with Google Maps, solving problems and planning routes using VoiceOver. Led by Kelly McKeage and Peter Parsons, this program is open to students who are blind or who have low vision who use the iPad/iPhone. Open to students grades 6 and up.
