A great way to foster independence at home and build skills in the area of time management is using a timer or alarm!
Use timers and/or alarms to keep students on a schedule while working on their schoolwork, having breaks or completing other tasks.
Examples: egg timer, microwave timer, timers on phone using clock apps, Google, or Siri.
