Drawing from both her profound understanding as a neurodivergent individual herself and her expertise in applied behavior analysis, she has demonstrated a remarkable commitment to improving the lives of those within this community. Amanda's unique perspective, coupled with her formal education, has equipped her with a deep insight into the needs and challenges faced by not only the clients we serve but the perspective of the front-line workers such as teachers, EAs, ECEs, CYWs as well as support staff such as other BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs as well.

Throughout her career, Amanda has championed collaboration with school teams to enhance the quality of care and support provided to neurodivergent individuals. By facilitating partnerships and synergy among professionals, she continually strives to optimize outcomes and create a more inclusive and supportive environment for the individuals under her care. Amanda's passion for advocating for neurodivergent individuals is exemplified through her tireless efforts to promote understanding, acceptance, and empowerment within both educational and community settings. With a firm belief in the transformative power of collaborative approaches, Amanda continues to advocate for support for neurodivergent individuals, dedicated to enriching their lives and fostering a more inclusive society.

  • Collaboration between professionals such as educators, behaviour specialists/consultants, speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, and others who support autistic learners / learners with autism in schools.
