Recorded: January 28, 2021
We spend a great deal of time in meetings regardless of our specific professional role (e.g., practice, consultant, teacher) so effective meeting skills are important. Meetings can serve a variety of important functions and must be approached from a functional perspective to maximize their effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency. This presentation describes the common purposes and functions of effective meetings and provides specific recommendations for establishing optimal stimulus control and reinforcing effectiveness of meetings regardless of the type, content, or platform (e.g., live, videoconference).
