The Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority provides services to students who are deaf, hard of hearing, deafblind, blind or visually impaired.

Eligibility for Service
Students, ages 0 – 21, that meet the criteria are eligible for our services.

Students who are Blind or Visually Impaired
Programs and services offered by APSEA intend to ensure students have access to the core academic curriculum of the public school system.

Students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
APSEA supports a delivery system which makes it possible for each child to receive an educational program designed to meet the student's individual needs.

Learning at Home
There are many opportunities for learning within everyday routines that happen in and around the home, check out some of our suggested activities.

APSEA Connect: Online Programs Designed to Empower, Enrich, and Educate
An additional bridge our organization is extending to continue fostering an enriched collaboration with families, schools and other professionals.

Virtual Learning
This exciting learning initiative is designed to provide enriched Expanded Core Curriculum programming for students who are registered with APSEA, while also encouraging connection with families and educational teams. Both direct service and consult students are welcome to participate.

Summer Camps
Our Summer Camps provide opportunities for students to enjoy recreation, sport and leisure programs.
