Grades 6 to 12 – BVI learners served by APSEA
The APSEA Recreation Club (ARC) creates a fun virtual space for learners in grades 6 to 12 to connect with peers, participate in games & activities, and share interests.
This group focuses on exploring various ways to enjoy recreation and hobbies, while building confidence and social skills.
Led by Mentors for Children & Youth who are Blind and Visually Impaired, Jennifer Fancy and Jennie Bovard.
No commitment is required. Join the group when you can, and it’s okay to be late and/or leave early.
Program Details
Day/Time: Mondays from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. (AST) / 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. (NT) via Zoom
Dates: Starting Monday, September 23, 2024, until end of school year.
Program Registration
Online learning programs for children and youth are designed for students who qualify for APSEA services and registration must be completed by the student's APSEA Educational Support Teacher (EST) / itinerant teacher.
