Audience: Learners who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing and qualify for APSEA supports and services

About: Learners will have the opportunity to build their own transition series, by selecting one or more of the topics outlined below based on learner needs and interests. Topics will be facilitated by a variety of APSEA professionals, including Deaf Mentors who have lived experience, as well as community partners. This series will also provide learners the opportunity to meet and connect with like-minded peers.

Grades: Grades 11 and 12
Day & Time: Wednesdays 12:00 to 12:45 p.m. AST/ 12:30 to 1:15 p.m. NST
Dates: April 10, April 24, May 8, May 22, June 5

Registration: Registration will close on April 5th at 4 p.m. for all sessions. Registration must be completed by the learners EST-DHH / Itinerant Teacher.
