Letter to Families of Children/Students on the APSEA Caseload

June 18, 2020

Dear families of children/students on the APSEA caseload,

I hope this message finds you and your family well. As our At-Home Learning for the school year comes to an end across Atlantic Canada, I want to thank you for your cooperation and support over the past few months. This year has not turned out as any of us would have expected or hoped and many planned learning opportunities could not be carried out because we were not able to come together.

I do hope the online learning suggestions and the learning at-home resources provided on APSEA’s website were helpful and supported your child's ongoing learning without creating too much additional work or stress as your family juggled your many responsibilities. Thank you for encouraging and supporting your children through these uncharted times.

Thank you for your ongoing support and collaboration this year. It is always a pleasure for all of us at APSEA to support your children. To the graduates of 2020, we wish you much success as you leave high school and move on to the next chapter in your life. We are proud of your accomplishments. We always love to hear from former students, so please keep in touch.

I wish you all a happy and safe summer!

Thank you once again,

Lisa Doucet
