With the construction project for the new Ronald McDonald House now started, it was necessary to close the roadway coming off of South Street and into the APSEA parking lot.
A temporary roadway has been constructed with the new entrance located just down the street (towards the Halifax harbour) from the current road. Signs have been posted on both the current road and at the new temporary roadway.
This temporary roadway is expected to last eight to ten months. It will be very important that this temporary roadway be kept for two lanes of traffic at all times.
