The Assistive Technology department, along with members of the APSEA BVI assessment team and provincial supervisors, participated in an online workshop with Tobii Dynavox. The online presenter discussed the features of eye-gaze technology and the use of this technology in assessment, and in promoting communication skills. Four devices were sent to the APSEA Centre, so that the staff could have the opportunity to trial and operate the devices on their own.
