- Peter woke up and was surprised to see so much snow.

Wow!

(upbeat music)

- After breakfast, he put his snowsuit on and ran outside.

It had snowed all night.

The snow was piled up very high to make a path for walking.

(upbeat music)

- He looked around, and his jaw dropped.

Crunch, crunch, crunch.

He walked in the snow.

His toes pointed out.

Then his toes pointed in.

He turned to see his tracks.

(upbeat music)

- Then he dragged his feet, making tracks.

He made a third track with a stick.

(upbeat music)

- The snow covered the tree.

Peter smacked it with a stick, and the snow fell on his head.

(upbeat music)

- Plop.

He wiped off the snow and kept walking.

(upbeat music)

He watched two bigger boys throwing snowballs.

"I'm too small to play."

(upbeat music)

- Peter made a snowman out of the snow and snow angels.

(upbeat music)

- He climbed the mountain of snow and slid all the way down.

(upbeat music)

He made a big snowball and put it in his pocket to save it for tomorrow.

(upbeat music)

- Peter told his mother all about his adventures.

She listened.

His socks were really wet.

(upbeat music)

- He sat in the bathroom and thought and thought and thought all about his adventures.

(upbeat music)

- He looked in his pocket, but the snowball was gone.

He was very sad.

(upbeat music)

- While he slept, he drempt the sun melted all the snow away.

In the morning when he woke up, there was still snow.

(upbeat music)

- He called his friend over, and they walked together into the deep snow.

(upbeat music)
