Music and Movement for Early Learners (BLV)

APSEA early learners and their caregivers are invited to the Maritime Conservatory of Performing Arts, for a morning of music and movement. There will be time afterwards for children to play, explore instruments, and for adults to mingle. 

Snacks, water, juice and coffee will be available after the music session.

Learners in this program will have opportunities to:

  • Meet others in a new space,
  • Explore instruments,
  • Engage in singing paired with rhythm,
  • Participate in actions for story and song, and create a piece of art to take home.

Audience: Birth to Five (preschool)
Facilitators: Nicole MacDonald, Supervisor of Programs (BLV)-Nova Scotia, Sally Cameron, Education Support Teacher (BLV)-Nova Scotia, and Lilly Maddalena, Music Therapist from the Maritime Conservatory of Performing Arts
