In this program, learners will explore tools and strategies to navigate conflicts and make thoughtful, responsible choices. From understanding different perspectives to finding constructive solutions, participants will gain confidence in handling disagreements in ways that strengthen relationships. Through activities and discussions, learners will build essential conflict-resolution skills that help them communicate more effectively, manage emotions, and make decisions that promote positive outcomes.
In this program learners will have the opportunity to:
- Learn about effective communication techniques to strengthen relationships
- Understand and appreciate different viewpoints to improve interactions
- Develop strategies for resolving conflicts and handling disagreements
- Explore the key elements of building and maintaining strong, positive connections
