In this program, learners will explore tools and strategies to support a successful transition to high school. Through guided activities, participants will build awareness of their communication needs, develop self-advocacy skills, and identify supports that help them navigate new environments with confidence. Learners will reflect on their experiences, strengthen independence, and practice strategies that support both academic and social success.
In this program learners will have the opportunity to:

- Develop confidence in managing transitions and challenges
