Looking to learn or improve your ASL skills in a relaxed and welcoming environment? Join ASL for Families: Part 1! Using the American Sign Language at Home: A Family Curriculum as a reference, participants will learn how to incorporate language into their daily routines through the guidance of Deaf Mentors. Sessions in this series may include topics such as basic vocabulary, family, bedtime, mealtime and clothing.
Participants in this program will have the opportunity to:
- Meet and learn from Deaf Mentors.
- Learn amongst peers in a relaxed environment fostering connection and community.
- Build signing skills relevant to daily routines and language!
