Introduction to Social-Emotional Learning with a DHH Lens for Families

This session introduces families to the key components of social-emotional learning (SEL) and how they apply to Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) learners.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn about the five core competencies of SEL.
  • Explore the unique social-emotional needs of DHH learners.
  • Discover strategies to support SEL development at home and foster emotional well-being.
